How do I upload a bank statement?

Go to the Upload page and drag in a PDF or CSV export from your bank. Track Spend supports most South African bank formats.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Merchant names and amounts are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We don't retain your uploaded file — it's sent to Google's Vertex AI to extract your transactions and is not stored by Track Spend afterwards. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit the Billing page and click "Manage Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
