The free trial
- It starts automatically when you sign up. There is nothing to claim and no card to enter.
- It gives you 3 statement uploads and 10 AI chat messages — in total, not per month.
- It ends after 3 months, or as soon as you have used those allowances, whichever comes first.
- When it ends, everything you have already uploaded stays available — your dashboard and category breakdowns keep working. You move automatically onto the Free plan, with its own monthly allowance.
- You are never charged and there is nothing to cancel. To get more than the Free plan's monthly allowance, subscribe to Basic or Plus whenever you choose.
- One trial per account.
How AI chat and uploads are counted
Free, Basic, and Plus each get a monthly allowance of AI chat messages and statement uploads — 3/1 on Free, 10/2 on Basic, and 30/4 on Plus. Every statement you upload or message you send uses one, and the allowance resets on the 1st of each month. If an upload fails to process, its slot is returned to you rather than spent.
Billing and payment
- Currency: all prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment processor: subscriptions are billed through Paystack. Your card details go to Paystack directly — Track Spend never sees or stores them.
- Renewal: Basic and Plus are monthly recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel at any time; your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for, then your account settles onto the Free plan.
